In case you missed it, we are answering phones and scheduling appointments starting Monday! We will welcome our first patient on Wednesday morning!!! 🥳
Between answering the phones Monday and Tuesday we will working hard to get the hospital in tip top shape and ready for Wednesday!
We are in need of blankets and newspapers. If you have any old blankets laying around or a pile of newspapers waiting to go to recycling drop them off to us instead!!! You can leave them outside the back door to the clinic over the weekend or drop them off Monday and Tuesday while we're there!

WE PASSED OUR STATE INSPECTION!!!!!! 🥳 🎉
Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes! Stay tuned for a video with updates on OPENING DAY that will be coming out later tonight!
I highlighted our team yesterday but please help me give them a HUGE shoutout. Their commitment to the process and willingness to partake in a very different type of training week has been such a blessing.
We've talked about how to work our software, but we've talked more about how our values ( 🔥 ) shape how we show up at work, how we love on people and their pets, and how we show excellence from the first phone call, through the visit, and beyond.
We crossed a huge milestone today. Now we celebrate! We believe in working hard, but playing harder, building relationships with each other that last through the thick and the thin.

We've been a bit quiet, but that's only because we've been busy!!!!
Monday started staff training week, and I cannot believe how incredibly blessed we are with this team. Each person brings their personality, expertise, excellence, and positive attitude with them in all that they do. 🥳
We were able to spoil them with some goodies to begin the week, but our clients and their pets will be the real winners with this team!
At SVH we stand on our faith, integrity, respect, and excellence (FIRE) and this team brings the heat! 🔥

Happy Sunday!
Please join us in praying for a smooth and successful week 🙏! We have both our city inspection (to get the certificate of occupancy) AND our state veterinary inspection (think about it like a restaurant getting their health inspection and score) within the next 5 days 🥳 🎉 !
These are both major milestones in our path to opening (ie, we can't open without them) and there is A LOT to finalize prior to the inspectors arrival, but the team doing the build out is top notch and we're ready for both!
