Dr. Schreiber was our vet when we took our dogs to Dykes Veterinary Clinic. When he opened his own practice, we knew without hesitation that we had to follow him. He provided excellent care for Linus and Lucy previously and we were confident that he would continue to do so. His new office is bright, big and clean and his staff is exceptional. You can’t go wrong in entrusting your pet’s care to him.

We had an appt for a quality of life assessment for our beloved cocker spaniel, Pippa. She is 14 and we have some excellent time with her. Dr. Schreibert yesterday. He gave us so much of his time. He helped us understand Pippa’s issues. So we decided to let her go on Monday….💕
Love this clinic. My dog was in trouble, miserable, scratching hair off, not sleeping good, bad allergies. She turned around quickly after first visit. I look forward to future care from the whole staff.
Swapped all my fur babies over and it was a super easy process. Took one of my pups to get spayed and they were all so friendly and attentive to her needs. Dr. Schreiber literally got on the floor and played with her to make her feel comfortable!
Dr Schreiber and his team are amazing even with the hardest to manage pets! He definitely impressed me how well he can get along with my Belgian Malinois ( he was seen by Dr Schreiber while he was at Dykes). Awesome!!! My toy poodle died in my arms yesterday. Everyone was so kind, sweet, most caring considerate loving people. The Dr. Schreiber was the most thoughtful and helpful. Every way he could, and above all else he was honest and he knows what he’s talking about. I Thank God for him and his staff and if you want a good vet that will take care of your pet, that you love and you when you’re grieving this is the office Dr. Schreiber’s. He would do everything over and above any veterinarian would do. He has a good heart. You can tell it’s not about the money. He cares a great deal for your pet and you first. I was very familiar with Dr. Schreiber from Dykes Veterinary where he took care of our Jackson when he was close to passing but after emergency surgery, gave us another 3 years with him. So when Gunner, our 5# Yorkie, was not eating and very lethargic, I called Dr. Schreiber’s office for an appointment. He was able to be seen that morning. His office staff is just as kind and caring as he! After some tests to determine the issue we were sent home with the proper meds, suggestions on what to feed him. (Yorkies are notoriously picky eaters). I will never take a pet of mine to any other veterinarian, he is the absolute BEST!
We absolutely love this veterinarian clinic! Dr. schreiber was so attentive to our animals, taking time to get to know them and talking to them. He was through and answered all our questions and concerns. The staff were very kind and smiling, they all seemed to love their jobs! We are so glad we found this place!

We just moved to the area from south Florida I always heard Disney was the happiest place on earth. I'm here to tell you the Dr. and everyone here were so nice and friendly I have to change my mind. Willie Taco my Rescur Chihuahua for a checkup and I wasn’t sure how it was going to go but Dr Schreiber just took over and made him comfortable❣️It was a great visit and I left with a happy dog and all my question’s answered, I was very impressed and I have definitely found my vet😊

We are new to this clinic as we are snowboarding here in Gulf Shores. Dr. Schreiber impressed us in all ways. First, he got down on our dog’s level and established rapport with him first. When it came to explaining his medical issues, Dr. Schreiber was thorough and didn’t talk over our heads or dumb it down. All of the staff were welcoming and treated our beloved Vito with great kindness.

We recently took our 11-year-old rabbit to see Dr. Schreiber, knowing in our hearts that the visit would likely end with us saying goodbye. Earlier that day, while cleaning his cage, we realized just how much weight he had lost. We had already been closely monitoring him, as his eating and drinking had slowed more than we were comfortable with. The clinic was able to fit us in for a late appointment that same day, for which we are incredibly grateful.
Dr. Schreiber compassionately walked us through every possible scenario. When we finally asked, “If this were your pet, what would you do?” he gently and honestly told us that he would likely let him go, as it was time. His team stayed late on a Friday evening so we could say goodbye to our beloved 11-year companion.
My wife left the room early, and Nicole met her in the lobby and gave her a hug she didn’t even know she needed. Her warmth and compassion meant more to us than words can express during such a heartbreaking moment.
We want to sincerely thank the entire team for staying late and for ensuring our bunny didn’t suffer through the weekend. I would also be remiss if I didn’t acknowledge Giovanni’s empathy and transparency throughout the entire process. She kept us informed every step of the way and was so gentle with Winston.

Super kind and patient with my wild dog. They were willing to work us in to look at a sore on our puppers foot.
We took Lulu, our two-and-a-half-month-old Maltese, to Schreiber Veterinary Hospital last week because she was having trouble urinating. We arrived at the clinic very worried because she had been having problems urinating for two weeks. From the moment we walked in, the doctor's assistant and everyone else were so kind, and it's so reassuring when your pet is treated with love. They performed all the necessary tests and found the problem. I loved that they spoke Spanish, and Dr. Cris was very professional and explained everything to me. Lulu was happy with him, and my husband and I felt so happy and relieved to have found a veterinarian for our little princess. Today, Lulu is doing well after taking her medication. I highly recommend this place; it's excellent, and the prices are affordable.
Dr. Schreiber and his entire staff made Millie’s routine visit enjoyable. They were attentive to her needs and loved on her like she was their very own. We highly recommend Dr. Schreiber and team for all of your pet’s needs. You won’t be disappointed!

We are both so excited and so very sad to announce that Sara Koon, one of our beloved front desk superstars, will be leaving us to start a family business with her husband. While we will miss her desperately, we are celebrating with her for this exciting new chapter and we couldn't be happier for her and her amazing family!! So in the future once the Fairhope Culvers is open, swing in and see her there!
